Hayley Dimond

The Hub setting manger (2021-) Level 3 (Currently studying Level 5)

"As the Preschool Nursery Manager, I works closely with both parents and staff to ensure that the needs of the children are always at the forefront. Whether it’s through implementing age-appropriate learning activities, managing staff training, or fostering relationships with families, i always ensure that every child receives the highest standard of care and education"

"After placing my extremely anxious 2 year old at Roland Lodge and seeing how well she settled due to their homely loving environment i knew it would be a setting i would love to work at. Once i started at Roland i found my feet and took on the role of setting manager. All the staff excel in their roles and make my job as a setting manager so much easier. I am so proud of everyone at Roland and could not imagine working anywhere else"
